• చిరుధాన్యాల ఎగుమతుల్లో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ దేశవ్యాప్తంగా 7వ స్థానంలో ఉంది. మొదటి ఆరు స్థానాల్లో గుజరాత్‌, మహారాష్ట్ర, బిహార్‌, పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్‌, తెలంగాణ, తమిళనాడు ఉన్నాయని కేంద్ర వాణిజ్య, పరిశ్రమల మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ వెల్లడిరచింది. చిరుధాన్యాలను ఎగుమతి చేసే మొదటి ఐదు దేశాల్లో భారత్‌ ఉందని కూడా పేర్కొంది.
• ఈ నేపథ్యంలో.. దేశం నుంచి 2022-23 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో 1,69,049.22 మెట్రిక్‌ టన్నుల చిరుధాన్యాలను ఎక్కువగా ఐదు దేశాలకు ఎగుమతి చేసినట్లు తెలిపింది.ఇందులో యునైటెడ్‌ అరబ్‌ ఎమిరేట్స్‌కు 17.8 శాతం, సౌదీ అరబ్‌కు 13.7 శాతం, నేపాల్‌కు 7.4 శాతం, బంగ్లాదేశ్‌కు 4.9 శాతం, జపాన్‌కు 4.4 శాతం ఎగుమతి చేసినట్లు కేంద్రం పేర్కొంది.

అంతర్జాతీయ మార్కెట్లో ప్రోత్సాహం..

• అంతర్జాతీయ మార్కెట్‌లో చిరుధాన్యాలను ప్రోత్సహించడానికి ప్రత్యేకంగా ఎగుమతి ప్రమోషన్‌ ఫోరమ్‌ (ఈపీఎఫ్‌)ను ఏర్పాటుచేసినట్లు కూడా తెలిపింది. 2023ను అంతర్జాతీయ చిరుధాన్యాల సంవత్సరంగా ప్రకటించిన నేపథ్యంలో కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు ఈ ఏడాది పొడుగునా వీటి ఉత్పత్తితో పాటు వినియోగం పెంచేందుకు వివిధ కార్యక్రమాల నిర్వహణపై దృష్టిసారించాయని పేర్కొంది.

ఉత్పత్తి, వినియోగం పెంపు..

• అలాగే, స్థానికంగా చిరుధాన్యాలను ఆహారంగా తీసుకునేలా వివిధ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు చర్యలు చేపట్టాయి. ఇందులో భాగంగా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌తో పాటు అసోం, బిహార్‌, ఛత్తీస్‌గఢ్‌, కర్ణాటక, మధ్య­ప్రదేశ్‌, మహారాష్ట్ర, ఒడిశా, రాజస్థాన్‌, తమిళనాడు, ఉత్తరాఖండ్‌, ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్‌ వంటి రాష్ట్రాలు ఉత్పత్తి, వినియోగాన్ని పెంచడానికి రాష్ట్ర మిల్లెట్‌ మిషన్లను అమలుచేస్తున్నాయని కేంద్రం తెలిపింది. అంతేకాక.. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలతో పాటు భారత రాయబార కార్యాల­యాలు చిరుధాన్యాల వినియోగంపై అవగాహన కల్పించేందుకు పలు చర్యలను తీసుకున్నట్లు పేర్కొంది.

Which state ranks first in exports of small grains?

• Andhra Pradesh ranks 7th in the country in the exports of small grains. The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has revealed that Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bihar, West Bengal, Telangana and Tamil Nadu are in the first six positions. It also states that India is among the top five exporters of small grains.
• In this background, the country has exported 1,69,049.22 metric tons of small grains to five countries in the financial year 2022-23. Out of this, 17.8 percent to United Arab Emirates, 13.7 percent to Saudi Arabia, 7.4 percent to Nepal, 4.9 percent to Bangladesh and 4.4 percent to Japan, the center said. stated.

Encouragement in international market..

• It also said that an Export Promotion Forum (EPF) has been set up specifically to promote snacks in the international market. In view of the declaration of 2023 as the International Year of Cereals, the central and state governments have focused on conducting various programs to increase their production and consumption throughout this year.

Increase in production and consumption

• Also, various state governments have taken steps to promote consumption of small grains locally. As part of this, states like Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh are implementing state millet missions to increase production and consumption, the Center said. Moreover, the state governments as well as Indian embassies have taken several measures to create awareness about the consumption of small grains.

Parthasarathi Reddy and Ayodhya Ramireddy : రాజ్యసభ సభ్యుల్లో అత్యధిక ధనవంతులుగా నిలిచిన పార్థసారథిరెడ్డి, అయోధ్యరామిరెడ్డి ఏ పార్టీకి చెందినవారు?

• తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి రాజ్యసభకు ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహిస్తున్న భారాస, వైకాపాలకు చెందిన సభ్యులు.. అత్యధిక ఆస్తి విలువలతో జాతీయపార్టీల సభ్యుల కంటే పై స్థానంలో నిలిచారు. పెద్దలసభలో అత్యధిక ఆస్తులున్న ఎంపీలుగా తొలి రెండు స్థానాల్లో భారాస ఎంపీ బండి పార్థసారథిరెడ్డి, వైకాపా ఎంపీ ఆళ్ల అయోధ్యరామిరెడ్డిలు నిలిచారు. 
• పార్థసారథిరెడ్డి ఆస్తుల విలువ రూ.5300 కోట్లు కాగా, అయోధ్యరామిరెడ్డి ఆస్తుల విలువ రూ.2,577 కోట్ల మేర ఉంది. రాజ్యసభలో 225 మంది సభ్యుల ఆస్తుల విలువ రూ. 18,210 కోట్లు కాగా.. అందులో వీరిద్దరి సంపదే 43.25 శాతం ఉంది. భారాస, వైకాపాలకు చెందిన 16 మంది ఆస్తుల విలువలో వీరి వాటా ఏకంగా 86.02 శాతం. 
• వీరి తర్వాతి స్థానంలో రూ. 1001 కోట్లతో అమితాబ్‌ బచ్చన్‌ సతీమణి, సమాజ్‌వాదీ పార్టీ ఎంపీ జయాబచ్చన్‌ నిలిచారు. ప్రస్తుతం రాజ్యసభకు ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహిస్తున్న 233 మంది సభ్యుల్లో 225 మంది అఫిడవిట్‌లను పరిశీలించి  అసోసియేషన్‌ ఫర్‌ డెమొక్రటిక్‌ రిఫామ్స్‌ (ఏడీఆర్‌) సంస్థ ఈ వివరాలు వెల్లడిరచింది. 
• రాజ్యసభలో అతిపెద్ద పార్టీలుగా ఉన్న భాజపా (85) కాంగ్రెస్‌ (30)లకు చెందిన 115 మంది సభ్యుల మొత్తం ఆస్తుల విలువ రూ.4,128 కోట్లయితే, భారాస (7), వైకాపా (9)లకు చెందిన 16 మంది సభ్యుల ఆస్తి విలువ రూ.9,157 కోట్ల మేర నమోదైంది. ఈ విషయాన్ని ఏడీఆర్‌ సంస్థ 2023 ఆగస్టు 18న విడుదల చేసిన నివేదికలో పేర్కొంది.
• పార్టీలవారీగా చూస్తే భారాస సభ్యుల మొత్తం ఆస్తి విలువ రూ.5,596 కోట్లు కాగా, వైకాపా సభ్యులు రూ.3,561 కోట్లు, భాజపా సభ్యులు రూ.2,579 కోట్లు, కాంగ్రెస్‌ సభ్యులు రూ.1,549 కోట్లు, ఆప్‌ సభ్యులు రూ.1,316 కోట్లు, సమాజ్‌వాదీ పార్టీ సభ్యులు రూ.1,019 కోట్ల విలువైన ఆస్తులు కలిగి ఉన్నారు.
• రాష్ట్రాలవారీగా సభ్యుల ఆస్తుల విలువలో తెలంగాణ (రూ.5,596 కోట్లు), ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ (రూ.3,823 కోట్లు) తొలి రెండుస్థానాల్లో ఉన్నాయి. ఆ తర్వాత ఉత్తర్‌ప్రదేశ్‌ (రూ.1,941 కోట్లు), పంజాబ్‌ (రూ.1,136 కోట్లు), మహారాష్ట్ర (రూ.1,070) నిలిచాయి.
• 225 మంది సభ్యుల్లో 27 (12%) మంది అపర కోటీశ్వరులు (బిలియనీర్లు). ఇందులో భాజపా వారు ఆరుగురు, కాంగ్రెస్‌ నలుగురు, వైకాపా నలుగురు, ఆప్‌ ముగ్గురు, భారాస ముగ్గురు, ఆర్జేడీ నుంచి ఇద్దరు ఉన్నారు. వీరు ఒక్కొక్కరు రూ.100 కోట్లకు పైగా ఆస్తులు ప్రకటించారు.
• ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ఎంపీల్లో 45%, తెలంగాణ ఎంపీల్లో 43%, దిల్లీ ఎంపీల్లో 33%, పంజాబ్‌ ఎంపీల్లో 29% బిలియనీర్లు ఉన్నారు.
• అత్యధిక అప్పులున్న ఎంపీల్లోనూ వైకాపా సభ్యులు తొలి రెండుస్థానాల్లో ఉన్నారు. వీరిలో పరిమళ్‌ నత్వానీకి రూ.209 కోట్లు, ఆళ్ల అయోధ్యరామిరెడ్డికి రూ.154 కోట్ల అప్పులున్నాయి.
• ఒక ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో అత్యధిక ఆదాయం చూపిన ఎంపీల్లో ఆళ్ల అయోధ్యరామిరెడ్డి (రూ.279 కోట్లు), బండి పార్థసారథి రెడ్డి (రూ.140 కోట్లు), అభిషేక్‌ మనుసింఫ్వీు (రూ.131 కోట్లు) తొలి మూడు స్థానాలను ఆక్రమించారు.

75 మందిపై క్రిమినల్‌ కేసులు

• 225 మంది ఎంపీల్లో 75 (33%) మందిపై క్రిమినల్‌ కేసులున్నాయి. అందులోనూ 41 (18%) మందిపై తీవ్రమైన నేరాలు నమోదయ్యాయి. ఇద్దరు ఎంపీలపై ఐపీసీ 302 సెక్షన్‌ కింద హత్యకేసులున్నాయి. 
• మరో నలుగురిపై ఐపీసీ 307 కింద హత్యాయత్నం కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయి. ఇంకో నలుగురు ఎంపీలు.. మహిళలపై నేరాలకు పాల్పడినట్లు అభియోగాలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు.. కాంగ్రెస్‌ సంస్థాగత వ్యవహారాల ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి కేసీ వేణుగోపాల్‌పై ఐపీసీ సెక్షన్‌ 376 కింద అత్యాచార కేసు ఉంది.

Parthasarathi Reddy and Ayodhya Ramireddy who are the richest Rajya Sabha members belong to which party?

• The members from Bharasa and Vaikapa representing the Rajya Sabha from the Telugu states have ranked higher than the members of the national parties with the highest property values. • Alla Ayodhyarami Reddy (Rs. 279 crores), Bandi Parthasarathy Reddy (Rs. 140 crores) and Abhishek Manusimphviu (Rs. 131 crores) occupied the top three positions among the MPs who showed the highest income in a financial year.

Criminal cases against 75 people

• Out of 225 MPs, 75 (33%) have criminal cases against them. Out of that 41 (18%) people were charged with serious crimes. There are murder cases against two MPs under IPC section 302.
• Cases of attempt to murder under IPC 307 have been registered against four others. Four more MPs.. are facing charges of committing crimes against women.. There is a case of rape under Section 376 of the IPC against Congress General Secretary for Organizational Affairs KC Venugopal.

• దేశంలోని 4,000 మందికి పైగా ఎమ్మెల్యేల మొత్తం ఆస్తుల విలువ రూ.54,545 కోట్లుగా తేలింది. ఈ మేరకు అసిసోయేషన్‌ ఫర్‌ డెమొక్రటిక్‌ రిఫార్మ్స్‌ (ఏడీఆర్‌), నేషనల్‌ ఎలక్షన్‌ వాచ్‌ (ఎన్‌ఈడబ్ల్యూ)లు సంయుక్త నివేదికను విడుదల చేశాయి. 
• దేశంలోని 28 రాష్ట్రాలు, అసెంబ్లీలు ఉన్న రెండు కేంద్ర పాలిత ప్రాంతాల్లో 4001 మంది సిట్టింగ్‌ ఎమ్మెల్యేల సమాచారాన్ని విశ్లేషించి నివేదిక రూపొందించారు.  
• మరోవైపు, నాగాలాండ్‌, మిజోరం, సిక్కిం రాష్ట్రాల ప్రస్తుత ఆర్థిక సంవత్సర బడ్జెట్‌ మొత్తాలు కలిపినా రూ.49,103 కోట్లేనని నివేదిక గుర్తు చేసింది. ఎమ్మెల్యేల అఫిడవిట్ల నుంచి సేకరించిన సమాచారం ఆధారంగా ఈ నివేదిక రూపొందించినట్లు ఏడీఆర్‌-ఎన్‌ఈడబ్ల్యూ వెల్లడిరచాయి. మొత్తంగా 4033 మంది ఎమ్మెల్యేల్లో 4001 మంది సమాచారాన్ని విశ్లేషించినట్లు తెలిపాయి. ఎమ్మెల్యేల సగటు ఆస్తి విలువ రూ.13.63 కోట్లుగా తేలిందని వివరించాయి.
• ఎమ్మెల్యేల ఆస్తుల్లో సగానికి పైగా భాజపా, కాంగ్రెస్‌ పార్టీల నేతలవేనని నివేదిక విశ్లేషించింది. ఈ రెండు పార్టీల ఎమ్మెల్యేలకు రూ.32,032 కోట్ల ఆస్తులు ఉన్నాయని తెలిపింది. మొత్తం ఎమ్మెల్యేల ఆస్తుల్లో 58.73 శాతం ఈ రెండు పార్టీల శాసనసభ్యులవేనని వెల్లడిరచింది. భాజపా, కాంగ్రెస్‌ ఎమ్మెల్యేల ఆస్తుల విలువ.. మిజోరం (రూ.14,210 కోట్లు), సిక్కిం (రూ.11,807 కోట్లు) రాష్ట్రాల బడ్జెట్‌ కన్నా అధికమని తెలిపింది.
