- టీఎస్ఆర్టీసీ ఉద్యోగులను ప్రభుత్వ సేవల్లోకి విలీనం చేస్తూ శాసనసభ, శాసనమండలి ఆమోదించిన బిల్లు సహా 12 బిల్లులను గవర్నర్ తమిళిసై సౌందరరాజన్ న్యాయశాఖ పరిశీలన కోసం పంపించారు.
- గవర్నర్ ముందస్తు అనుమతి కోసం ఆర్టీసీ బిల్లును ప్రభుత్వం రాజ్భవన్కు పంపించగా... గవర్నర్ 10 సిఫార్సును చేస్తూ ఆ బిల్లును అసెంబ్లీలో ప్రవేశపెట్టడానికి అనుమతించారు.
- గతంలో గవర్నర్ నాలుగు బిల్లులను తిరస్కరించిన సందర్భంలోనూ వాటికి సంబంధించి కొన్ని సిఫార్సులు చేశారు. ఇప్పుడు ఈ అయిదు బిల్లుల్లో తాను సూచించిన సిఫార్సులను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకున్నారా? లేదా? అనే అంశాలను పరిశీలించాలని గవర్నర్ తమిళిసై న్యాయశాఖను ఆదేశించారు. వీటితోపాటు కొత్తగా అసెంబ్లీ, మండలి ఆమోదించిన మరో ఏడు బిల్లులను సైతం న్యాయశాఖ పరిశీలన కోరుతూ గవర్నర్ కార్యాలయం పంపించింది.
నిలిపివేశారన్నది తప్పుడు ప్రచారం
- శాసనసభ కార్యదర్శి నుంచి వచ్చిన బిల్లులను న్యాయశాఖ పరిశీలన కోసం పంపించడం సాధారణ ప్రక్రియలో భాగమేనని గవర్నర్ కార్యాలయం 2023 ఆగస్టు 17న విడుదల చేసిన ఒక ప్రకటనలో పేర్కొంది. ఆర్టీసీ ఉద్యోగులు, కార్పొరేషన్ ప్రయోజనాలను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకొని గవర్నర్ పది సిఫార్సులు చేశారని, వాటిని పొందుపర్చారా? లేదా? అని తెలుసుకున్న అనంతరం... ఆర్టీసీ బిల్లు సహా మిగిలిన బిల్లులపై తదుపరి చర్యలు ఉంటాయంది. ఆర్టీసీ బిల్లును నిలిపివేశారని, రాష్ట్రపతి ఆమోదం కోసం పంపిస్తున్నారని కొన్ని ప్రసార మాధ్యమాల్లో తప్పుడు ప్రచారం చేస్తున్నారని, అవి పూర్తిగా అసత్యాలేనని స్పష్టం చేసింది. కొందరు స్వార్థ ప్రయోజనాల కోసం నిరాధారణమైన సమాచారాన్ని వ్యాప్తి చేస్తున్నారని, ప్రజలు ముఖ్యంగా ఆర్టీసీ ఉద్యోగులు వాటిని విశ్వసించొద్దని కోరింది.
రాజ్భవన్ నుంచి న్యాయశాఖకు వెళ్లిన బిల్లులు

4.తెలంగాణ పబ్లిక్ ఎంప్లాయిమెంట్(రెగ్యులేషన్ ఆఫ్ ఏజ్ ఆఫ్ సూపర్యాన్యుయేషన్) బిల్లు-2022.
తొలిసారిగా ఆమోదించి పంపించిన ఎనిమిది:

12 Bills for the Judiciary
- Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan has sent 12 bills including the bill approved by the Legislative Assembly and the Legislative Council to integrate the TSRTC employees into government services.
- While the government sent the RTC bill to the Raj Bhavan for the governor's prior approval... the governor made 10 recommendations and allowed the bill to be introduced in the assembly.
- In the past, the governor had rejected four bills and made some recommendations regarding them. Now have the recommendations suggested by him in these five bills been taken into consideration? Or? Governor Tamilisai ordered the Department of Justice to look into the issues. In addition to these, the Governor's Office has also sent seven more bills newly approved by the Assembly and Council to the Law Department for consideration.
Stopping is false propaganda
- In a statement issued on August 17, 2023, the Governor's Office said that it is part of the normal process to send bills from the Legislative Secretary to the Judiciary for consideration. Did the governor make ten recommendations keeping in mind the interests of the RTC employees and the corporation and have they been incorporated? Or? After knowing that... there will be further action on the rest of the bills including the RTC bill. It has been clarified that some media are spreading false propaganda that the RTC Bill has been stopped and it is being sent for President's assent, which are completely false. Some are spreading baseless information for selfish purposes and people especially RTC employees should not believe them.
