INS 'Vindhyagiri' : భారత నౌకాదళం ఐఎన్‌ఎస్‌ ‘వింధ్యగిరి’ యుద్ధనౌకను ఏ ప్రాజెక్టులో భాగంగా రూపొందించింది?

• భారత నౌకాదళ అమ్ములపొదిలోకి మరో అధునాతన స్వదేశీ యుద్ధనౌక ఐఎన్‌ఎస్‌ ‘వింధ్యగిరి’ చేరింది. 2023 ఆగస్టు 17న రాష్ట్రపతి ద్రౌపదీ ముర్ము కోల్‌కతాలోని హుగ్లీ నది తీరంలో ఈ నౌకను అధికారికంగా భారత నావికాదళంలోకి ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. 
• ఈ నౌకను గార్డెన్‌ రీచ్‌ షిప్‌ బిల్డర్స్‌ అండ్‌ ఇంజినీర్స్‌(జీఆర్‌సీఈ) రూపొందించింది. శత్రుదేశ రాడార్లకు చిక్కకుండా స్వదేశీ పరిజ్ఞానంతో ఏడు యుద్ధనౌకలను తయారు చేయాలని భారత నౌకాదళం ‘ప్రాజెక్టు 17ఎ’ ప్రారంభించింది. ఇందులో వింధ్యగిరి ఆరో యుద్ధనౌక. 
• గైడెడ్‌ క్షిపణులను ప్రయోగించగల సామర్థ్యం ఉన్న ఈ నౌక పొడవు 149 మీటర్లు, బరువు 6,670 టన్నులు. వేగం.. 28 నాట్లు. గగన, ఉపరితల, సముద్రగర్భం నుంచి వచ్చే ముప్పులను ఇది ఎదుర్కొగలదు.

INS 'Vindhyagiri' warship has been designed by the Indian Navy as a part of which project?

• Another advanced indigenous warship INS 'Vindhyagiri' has joined the Indian Navy's Ammulapodhi. The ship was formally commissioned into the Indian Navy on 17 August 2023 by President Draupadi Murmu on the banks of the Hooghly River in Kolkata.
• The ship was designed by Garden Reich Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRCE). The Indian Navy has launched 'Project 17A' to build seven warships with indigenous technology to avoid getting caught by enemy radars. Vindhyagiri is the sixth warship.
• Capable of launching guided missiles, the ship is 149 meters long and weighs 6,670 tonnes. Speed.. 28 knots. It can deal with air, surface and undersea threats.
